By downloading, installing, or using Thrust ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Thrust is a personal finance management application that helps you track expenses, manage budgets, and monitor your financial accounts. The App runs primarily on your device and includes:

  • —Manual and automatic transaction tracking
  • —Budget creation and management
  • —Savings goals
  • —AI-powered financial insights (processed on-device)
  • —CSV import from bank statements
  • —Cryptocurrency tracking via third-party APIs (preview)
  • —Stock and investment tracking via third-party APIs (preview)

3. Preview Services

THRUST IS CURRENTLY IN PREVIEW. THE APP AND ALL ITS FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Certain features are designated as preview, including but not limited to:

  • —CSV Import: Transaction import from CSV bank statements is supported. Import accuracy depends on your bank's export format.
  • —Cryptocurrency Tracking: Crypto portfolio data is retrieved via third-party APIs and is in preview. Balances, prices, and transaction history may be inaccurate, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. API providers may change without notice.
  • —Stock & Investment Tracking: Stock and investment data is provided via third-party APIs and is in preview. Prices, holdings, and portfolio values may be inaccurate or delayed. This data is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.

By using preview features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • —Preview features may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies
  • —Data imported through preview features (crypto and stocks) may be incomplete or inaccurate
  • —Preview features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice
  • —You should not rely solely on preview features for financial decision-making
  • —You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data imported through preview features

3. Preview Services (disclaimer)

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT PREVIEW FEATURES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON PREVIEW FEATURES.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • —Keep your device secure with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID
  • —Not use the App for any illegal purpose
  • —Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

5. Financial Advice Disclaimer

Thrust is not a financial advisor. The App provides tools for tracking and analyzing your finances, but:

  • —We are not licensed financial advisors
  • —You should consult a qualified professional for financial decisions
  • —We are not responsible for financial decisions based on App insights

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to Thrust. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Subscription and Payments

Thrust offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed by Apple and subject to their terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrust and its creators shall not be liable for:

  • —Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • —Loss of data (which remains on your device)
  • —Financial losses from decisions made using the App
  • —Service interruptions or errors in data import
  • —Inaccurate or incomplete data from preview features including cryptocurrency tracking and stock tracking

10. Termination

You may stop using Thrust at any time by deleting the App. We may terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where you reside.
