Set up Thrust and start managing your finances in minutes.

Choose Your Privacy Mode

On first launch, choose between two privacy modes based on your preferences:

Ghost Mode

Maximum privacy — all data stays on your device only.

Convenience — sync across devices via iCloud.

Tip: You can change your privacy mode later in Settings → Privacy → Operating Mode

Create Your Profile

Enter Your Name

This will be used in AI CFO greetings and personalization.

Choose Your Currency

Select your primary currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.). You can use different currencies for individual accounts.

Set Week Start Day

Choose Monday or Sunday — this affects weekly reports and budgets.

Enable Notifications (Optional)

Get alerts for budget thresholds, upcoming payments, salary delays, and goal achievements.

Create Your First Account

After profile setup, create your first account to start tracking:

Recommendation: Start with a single "Cash" account for daily expenses. Add other accounts later.

Multiple ways to add transactions in Thrust:

Tap + button → Enter amount → Select category → Save

Receipt Scanner

Tap the camera, point at a receipt (or import a photo or PDF), and the amount, merchant, and date are read for you. Multi-item receipts can be split into separate transactions.
